In some rare moments, strange animals have been found both alive and dead, from specimens several metres, to smaller creatures only inches long that may be interpreted as imature animals related to the 30-40 foot serpentine animals witnesses report in the waters of the Pacific Ocean.
In every case the animals were released, or the physical remains identified or lost altogeather... while with some of the more detailed case's, like the Naden Harbour carcass, the story of what exactly occured and the journey of the remains has become better understood over the last several years.
